Hickory HillsAn Adult Lifestyle CommunityNestled in the heart of Tillsonburg, freehold land, Hickory Hills is an established adult lifestyle community with much to offer ¿ a terrific location, Ontario, well-built homes with landscaped lots and a community centre with loads of amenities. Between 1987 and 1991, Phases 2-4 were built. During that 1st year, 35 homes were sold and building commenced for Phase 1, the first street being aptly named Seres Drive. The first model opened in 1986. It's small town living at its best.HistoryThe land on which Hickory Hills now stands was originally a tobacco farm owned by the Seres family. If you want a taste of city life, London and Woodstock are both a short drive away and Toronto is within easy commuting distance. A few steps from the clubhouse across a pedestrian bridge into downtown Tillsonburg, you can shop for groceries, go to the local Farmer's market or library or visit the mall. In 1993, Phase 5 started and for the first time, slightly larger homes were built and many of the new homes now included basements.
